Senior Trip Information
Senior trip this year will be at Grad Night at Disney World's Magic Kingdom and Grad Bash at Universal Studios. It is set for April 23-26th and the cost is $550. You may pay it all at once or use the following schedule:
- $150.00 on September 7th ($50.00 is non-refundable)
- $100 on October 5th
- $100 on November 2nd
- $100 on January 11th
- $100 on February 8th
Guidelines
- Payments for the trip must be check or money order made payable to Covington High School.
- Please make sure your name is on the check or money order so the proper account can be credited.
- Payments can be given to Mr. Bridges in the Auditorium or room 813. Receipts will be sent to your homeroom teacher.
- The $550 fee is subject to change and you will be notified of this change prior to the final payment.
Refunds
- Refunds will be made if the student's parent/guardian initiates the request in writing at any time before January 11, 2010. No refunds are given after January 12th.
- Students and/or parents must submit all receipts or cancelled checks to receive a refund.
- Excessive absences (10 or more) and/or disciplinary problems will prevent students from going on the trip, and there will be no refund.
