2017 Senior Trip Information

2017 Information

  • Dates- March 14th-18th
  • Cost: $675 if sign up before September 2nd.  Price increases to $725 after Labor Day.   Cost includes meal vouchers and dining cards
  • Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, MGM Studios, Universal Studios, Island of Adventure
  • $275 down payment now will secure your place on the trip and lock you into the $675  price before September 2nd.


  • Payments for the trip must be check or money order made payable to Covington High School. Payments can also be made using the Online Payschools system.
  • Please make sure your name is on the check or money order so the proper account can be credited.
  • Payments can be given to Mr. Bridges in the Auditorium.
  • The fee is subject to change and you will be notified of this change prior to the final payment.


  • Refunds will be made if the student's parent/guardian initiates the request in writing at any time before a specific date. No refunds are given after this date.
  • Students and/or parents must submit all receipts or cancelled checks to receive a refund.
  • Excessive absences (10 or more) and/or disciplinary problems will prevent students from going on the trip, and there will be no refund.
