LLWC Winners

CHS graduates Alex and Lindsey were honored by the Louisiana Legislative Women's Caucus (LLWC) Foundation in May. Alex was selected as the “High School Woman of Excellence" for 2014 and presented a speech about her experiences to the audience, and Lindsey was awarded the Educational Advancement Opportunity scholarship.

ROTC Picnic

The CHS ROTC Picnic will be held August 2nd at the Five Lakes Campground from 9 am to 2 pm. ROTC cadets and family only. 82213 Five Lakes Rd off of Hwy 40 Bush‎ LA‎ 70431. Cadets need to bring a swimsuit.

Orientation Dates

Our new student registration is Thursday, July 31, 2014.

The Freshmen Orientation is scheduled for Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at 1:00 PM in the auditorium.

Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors will be held on Wednesday, August 6th.  Sophomores @ 9 am, Juniors @ 10 am, and Seniors @ 1:00 pm. They will meet in the gym.
