Which file should I click?
If you use Apple's Quicktime software, choose the ".mov" format.
If you use Windows Media Player, Real Player, or others, pick the ".mpg" or ".wmv" format.
How do I view the videos?
The best way is to right-click the video and select the "Save Target As" option (may also show as "Save Link As"). Save it to your computer and double-click it to play the video. If you play the video directly off of the Internet, it may be slow or choppy, especially with large videos.
