Official Transcript requests:
There are a few ways to request official transcripts and/or school records.

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS CAN NOT BE E-MAILED 

All Education Verifications requests should be faxed to 985-898-0911. 

  1. You can come into the Guidance Department at the address listed on the website with your photo ID and pick up an official copy. 
  2. You can email the “Request for Transcript” form that is on this website.  Please include a clear copy of your photo ID.  An address of where you want it mailed to or a fax number.

Procedures for requesting Education Verification for Employment

  1. All requests need to be faxed to {985}-898-0911
  2. Please include the following information:
    • Student’s full name-maiden name if applicable or other names used
    • Date of birth
    • Year of graduation
    • Last 4 of social security number
    • Fax number or mailing address to send results

State Grading Scale

The State Department has put into place a statewide uniform grading scale policy for all public schools beginning 2011-2012 school year. Weighted grades are left up to the districts and St. Tammany’s will remain as it is. If you have questions, please contact Robert DeRoche.

100-93 = A
92-85 = B
84-75 = C
74-67 = D
66 and Below = F
